Only 7% of professionals overcome WH's recruiting and become a Certified.
WH's recruiting process is structured in stages:
APPLICATION
Online review of all the applications
The WH teams verify the skills declared by the professional. We search for information on Google and analyze any reliable content attributable to him. We focus on the methods of self-presentation, on the projects which have been carried out, on the feedbacks received, and on the digital interpersonal skills (for example the methods by which the social platforms are used).

ONBOARDING
Valuation of the selected applications
We invite the professional to start WH's onboarding process which consists of 3 steps.
  • A. Declaration and verification of legal aspects (for example, possession of a VAT number). We only accept professionals who carry out their business on a professional level.
  • B. Declaration, verification and classification of the professional by professional qualifications, skills and service units.
  • C. Rating based on four macro areas: seniority, professional fees, co-working and working mode.

PROFESSIONAL SCORING
Selection of the best candidates
We attribute a scoring to each applicant who has completed the onboarding process; the score is expressed both in terms of professional skills and responsiveness. Anyone who scores in line with WH standards becomes a Certified professional.

INTERVIEW
Videocall
A WH senior team leader gets to know each candidate via video call before he becomes an active member. We make sure the professional is suitable for WH and is in line with our mission and values.

CONTINUOUS EVALUATION
Constant review of the Certified Professionals
We constantly rating the work of Professionals on WH projects by associating each one with a Reliability score.


Prospect Professionals
We have searched online for the best digital services professionals and mapped their skills.

Prospect Professionals

Only 30% of the professionals we identify online become a Prospect.
The WH mapping process consists of multiple stages:
SEARCH ON DEDICATED CHANNELS
Online mapping of potential professionals
The WH's teams search for potential talents on dedicated channels (e.g. social groups), selecting only those who have an intermediate or high seniority.

SCREENING ON PROFESSIONAL CHANNELS
Evaluation of the selected potential professionals
We deepen the screening on three levels of detail.
  • A. We view the proprietary and / or professional channels attributable to the professional (e.g. LinkedIn, Website, Repository).
  • B. We only select those who have one or more of these channels and have a public contact method (email or contact form).
  • C. We check the skills declared and verify them on the public projects carried out. If the professional is particularly interesting for WH, we can also contact the clients he has worked for and ask for references.

INTERVIEW
Videocall with Prospect Professional
If we need a Prospect Professional to be included in our team or to report to one of our clients, we contact him and run a video interview with him. We make sure the professional is suitable for WH and in line with our mission and values.

ONBOARDING
Review of the selected application
We encourage the professional to begin the onboarding process to become a Certified Professional. We assign him a Professional and Reactivity score and select only those who score in line with WH standards.
